Outdoor concert on the grounds of the Lillooet Elks Hall. Opening for Dirty Penny was Cavewalker and the Dwellers. Dirty Penny delivers 2 sets from their 4 critically acclaimed financially disastrous albums, 20 songs in total. Lead singer JC Penny is in character in the first set. He plays an old man waiting for a train whose mind frequently unhinges into dreams where he’s young again. These play out as Dirty Penny songs.
